Trust & Transparency
How Broker Intelligence protects the data you entrust to us — at the edge, in the application, and on every device that touches the platform.
Last updated: 25/04/2026
All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS, and encrypted at rest within our hosting environment. Backups are also encrypted.
Production traffic is protected at the edge by a web application firewall, DDoS scrubbing, and bot management. Origin infrastructure is not directly exposed to the public internet.
All corporate accounts require multi-factor authentication. Production access follows least-privilege, role-based controls. Session tokens are short-lived and rotated regularly.
Corporate devices run real-time antivirus and endpoint detection and response (EDR), with full-disk encryption and enforced screen lock policies.
Production infrastructure is hosted in AWS, Sydney, Australia. Data does not leave the region except through clearly disclosed sub-processors.
Dependencies are monitored for known vulnerabilities and patched on a regular cadence. Application code is reviewed before deployment to production.
Application and infrastructure events are centrally logged and retained for review. Authentication events and configuration changes are tracked.
Broker Intelligence stores only broker-published market data and the BBI staff accounts that operate the platform. We do not store or process broker end-customer personal data, account balances, or trading positions.
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to deliver the platform. Each is contractually bound to protect customer data.
